3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Standard Tours (Classic & VIP)

- • 50% refund: Cancellation within 24 hours
- • No refund: No-shows or same-day cancellations
Private Tours
- • Free cancellation: 72 hours before tour
- • 50% refund: Cancellation within 72 hours
- • Full refund: Weather-related cancellations
Weather-Related Cancellations
Full refund or free rescheduling for tours cancelled due to unsafe weather conditions as determined by our captain and safety team.
4. Participant Requirements and Restrictions
